    Coach privacy

Coach and team training data needs consent, limits, and clear windows

A coach dashboard is only useful when the athlete knows what is shared, why it is shared, and where the boundary sits.

    Team visibility cannot be all-or-nothing

Coaches need enough info to run a team — completion, availability, broad training status, whether you responded to an assignment, and roster readiness. You still need boundaries around your private history, injury detail, routes, and health signals.

CorrCoach does not send athlete fitness data to OpenAI or Anthropic for model training. Team privacy is a separate question — which people inside CorrCoach and a licensed team can see which training fields.

Approval and licensing are privacy controls

A coach web portal needs role gates, team license checks, and admin approval before sensitive surfaces show up. A public signup form can exist without handing coach tools to every new account.

That pattern keeps athletes protected and keeps advertising traffic in the right place — waitlist first, approved portal access later, and team management only for staff with a real license.

Time windows protect your pre-team history

A coach may need your current training window, your recent completion, your injury availability, and your upcoming assignments. Data from before you joined the team belongs outside the default coach view.

Our team privacy work has to hold that boundary in both the UI and the API — so a coach cannot dig into your old personal history just by changing a date range.

Useful coach data can stay respectful

The best team view is not a surveillance feed. It is a compact operational surface — assignments, adherence, availability, and safety-relevant summaries.

You decide whether the sensitive injury details, routes, and deeper health signals get shared. Coaches get enough context to help you without receiving every private signal by default.

    Questions athletes ask

Can a coach see athlete data from before the athlete joined a team?

Our intended model keeps pre-team personal history outside the default coach view and limits coach data to your team membership window.

Can athlete privacy and coach tools coexist?

Yes. Role gates, licenses, consent controls, training windows, and field-level sharing give coaches the operational data they need — without exposing every route, health signal, or injury note.
