A plan. A purpose. Your next session.
Train for what comes next.
CorrCoach turns your goal, schedule, completed work, and recovery into one clear training decision across web, iPhone, and Apple Watch.
Four training worlds. One place to make the next decision.
Tri, Go, Mi, and Oli begin with different work. See the race build, running block, strength rhythm, or sport season first—then choose the lane that protects it.
Start with the training problem
What are you preparing for?
One account carries your history and settings. The lane changes the decisions CorrCoach puts first.
- Training for a triathlon?Coordinate swim, bike, run, bricks, recovery, and taper around one race build.
- Chasing a running goal?Turn the next key run into a clear workout, then use the result to shape the next week.
- Building strength and fitness?Keep lifting first while easy running and recovery fit around a repeatable week.
- Preparing for a sport season?Build strength, conditioning, mobility, and speed around your position and key dates.
The plan, the workout, and the result stay connected.
See your next session, understand its purpose, and take it with you. Completed work becomes context for the next plan.

Injury-aware planning
Your limits belong in your plan.
An injury changes what a useful workout looks like. Tell CorrCoach what needs protecting, for how long, and which activities or movements to avoid.
- Keep the dates clear. Record a start date and an end date when you know it. Update your restrictions as your situation changes.
- Make the limits specific. Pause training or exclude affected activities, muscle groups and movements from the next generation.
- Stay in control. Review an injury draft, choose whether to include supporting mobility work, and see the cost before requesting a new plan.
Training guidance does not diagnose an injury or replace your clinician’s advice.
Build around my training contextUseful context, with visible boundaries.
CorrCoach uses the training information you choose to provide to explain and adapt future work. It does not turn a suggestion into a hidden plan change.
