    Running context

A key run works because the surrounding days support it.

Go starts with the race or running goal, then uses schedule, recent running, available route context, and recovery signals you choose to share to frame the next week.

How Go makes the next decision

Keep the next decisive run close to the work that shaped it.

Go starts with the race or running goal, then uses schedule, recent running, available route context, and recovery signals you choose to share to frame the next week.
