Triathlon insights
Tri workout data, recovery, and Pro insights (without the overload)
How Tri gives you a simple next-session view first, then opens up deeper swim, bike, and run data if you want it.

Triathlon insights context
Tri insights need multisport workout context.
Recovery, workout data, and Pro insights are clearest when tied to the actual triathlon workload they summarize.
What does a beginner see first?
Your first Tri view answers one question: what is my next workout, and why is it on today? You do not need to decode a wall of metrics before you swim, bike, or run.
So the beginner layer stays compact: your next workout, the discipline, the expected effort, one recovery warning if there is one, and a clean path to the details if you want them.
Where the deeper data lives
As a serious triathlete you may want route samples, segment targets, pace, power, heart rate, elevation, compliance, and a note about what changed from the planned session. All of that belongs behind an expandable details view — not stacked onto your first card.
For imported workouts, we tell you which data streams came through and which did not. If a route shading, power number, or heart-rate stream is missing, we say so plainly instead of hiding the control.

Insight view
Workout data is clearest beside the load it explains.
Route, recovery, and trend cues let athletes connect a Pro insight back to the actual multisport week.
How recovery and readiness shape your triathlon plan
Recovery signals help you make better decisions — they do not diagnose your health. Your sleep, your stress, your recent load, how sore you are, and whether you have been finishing your sessions can all help us explain whether today protects the build or moves it forward.
That is where the Pro layer earns its keep: it can tell you why fatigue changed, why we kept the brick in place, why an easy swim replaced intensity, or why we fell back from power to heart rate when live power was not available.
What Free, Core, and Pro all keep visible
Free is real inside CorrCoach: your calendar, your planned workouts, basic scores, and enough detail to finish the plan. Core adds richer explanations and add-ons. Pro layers on deeper trends, workout summaries, and daily adaptation context.
The rule underneath all of it is progressive disclosure. New athletes can follow the plan without anxiety. Experienced athletes can dig into the route, segment, and recovery evidence they came here to see.
